At first, I thought it was this modification of Paul's that I installed, but it turns out that's not it and it's an issue with any blocks.
Earlier I added some more blocks with vBulletin's built-in blocks:
Now, here's the issue: if I created a thread at, say, 8:30 PM Pacific, it will glitch up randomly every now and then and say 11:30 PM, as if it were Eastern time for me. However, this is where things get weird: a moderator of ours, who has Eastern time, finished replying to a thread a little while ago at 3:27 AM, and when he looked at the Latest Posts block on the forum index, it was saying 12:27 AM, as if it were on Pacific time for him. It later displayed correctly.
As I said, it's a random issue that just happens whenever. It will display correctly for a while and then happen again. Are you supposed to update forum or thread information after installing or adding blocks?
