[Forum] Limiting Forum Post

What I trying to figure out, is how to limit someone to only being able to create 5 free post in my forum, and after that they would have to purchase a membership to be able to create more.
And I dont want them to be able to see any other post from other users

No default option for a specific user only you can control all usergroup, Create a new usergroup that is not allowed to start/view threads (duplicate permissions from Registered Users usergroup). Set the Registered Users usergroup to be allowed to create new thread. Now set up a Promotion to move users from the Registered Users usergroup to the new usergroup after they have x amount of posts.

You can ask on vBulletin.org for a mod if you want to do it with a custom message
