What is your current Image Processing Library? AdminCP->Settings->Options->Image Settings->Image Processing Library ? you have any custom mods?

It is currently set to "GD" - Should I set to "None"? I have never messed with this

I have tried switching to "None" - this did not work

          - - - Updated - - -

I cant read anymore because the page refreshes to fast

What is in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host)?

Are you avatars stored in the filesystem or the database? If they are stored in the filesystem please make sure that the /thumbs directory is chmod 777. If this is the case and you have to redo that, please run AdminCP -> Maintenance -> General Update Tools -> Rebuild Custom Avatar Thumbnails again afterwards.

Also you could check phpinfo (AdminCP -> Maintenance -> View PHP Info) if GD library is properly installed on your server (you could also ask your host for this). On that page you can also see if GD or ImageMagick is installed on your server. Which one is it?
No private support, only PM me when I ask for it. Support in the forums only.

                    Is your /avatars folder writable?

Also you need to rebuild both these:

                    Rebuild Custom Avatar Thumbnails
                    Rebuild Avatar Thumbnails

                      Everything is set to 777

Rebuild tool ran on both suggested items.

                      No Luck

They are in the forums and profiles though

I think your problem with vBSeo , I can see your avatar thumb here : http://www.filmmakerforum.org/image....8898type=thumb.

temporally disable vBSEO and test it again ?

I disabled vbseo, ran the Update tool, checked, and still no luck. After checking a few things out, I really dont think it is vbseo
