[Forum] How do I make a joinable usergroup require permission?

in AdminCP, i see a section called "join requests", but I have no idea how to make a usergroup so that members need permission to join. how do I make users require approval before joining a usergroup?

You can create usergoups which users can join if they want to, this action could be moderated. What you asked for is the function to actually let them join the usergroup then.

i can make a public usergroup to allow them to join without permission, but i don't know how to make a usergroup that requires some kind of approval to join.
