[CMS] CMS and Forum setup

Currently my vbulletin installation is like this without CMS

https://www.domain.com/forums/

I want to use CMS as front page whenever somebody types domain.com, i also don't want to change thread urls.

How can i setup this way.

domain.com/ opens up CMS
domain.com/forums/ opens up forums and threads.

on the root i also want to run wordpress with URLs functioning but domain.com/ should always pull the CMS page.

I don't think that it will work with WordPress in the same directory, I'd prefer making a sub-directory for WordPress or CMS
