Need vb 4.2.2 Patch Level 1

I have a vb 4.2.2 Patch Level 1, I move it and install vb 4.2.2 Patch Level 3, and install my backup, the problem is that I'm receiving a Warning of index.php
I need to download the vb 4.2.2 Patch Level 1 but i cant find it.
please let me know where I can find it or is some one can post ir so I can downloaded.

No one can post it, and its not available to download, the current version of 4.2.2 is Patch Level 4 (only).

You don't need PL1, PL4 is fine, it has all of the changes from PL1 as well.
