    [Forum] Problem to login membership area

    I have been emailing [email protected] for more than one week but still no reply yet.

    I could receive the notification email but there was an error message showing the link expired when I typed a new pass and press reset button.

    Any help would be appreciated.

              Same for me. But its been more than a week. I just give up everything but this time I emailed support.

                      I went to:


                      sent email to: [email protected],[email protected],and online form (http://www.vbulletin.com/contacts/) as Zachery mentioned. But no ticket# received.

                          ok I sent it twice.

                          Fist using my Vbulletin registration email.

                          second time using another email address.
