    [Forum] Support - tickets

    I am a current vB4 license holder. While I don't use the ticket system too often, if I don't upgrade to vB5, will I be able to keep using the ticket system? I know if I upgrade, I only get ticket support for 1 month post-gold.

    Not trying to cause a ruckus, just curious.

    I believe the last time I covered this, this is how it worked. It might have changed since then but here goes:

    vBulletin 3 license holder: support for the product up until point of expiry
    vBulletin 4 Suite license holder: Support for vBulletin 4 suite, and below.
    vBulletin 4 Forum Only license holder: Support contract (if you had one) honored for any versions of vBulletin you're running.
    vBulletin 5 License holder: Support for 1 month after gold, further support requires a contract.

    If you have a vB3 or vB4 Suite license, and upgrade, we should be able to continue providing support to you for that specific type of license. This is the part I'm not sure if its changed.
