[Forum] Skimlinks not enabled why?

Hi,
i have downloaded yesterday and installed the 4.2.0 board on my server but skimlinks is not showed in the ACP, can i know why this? In the tutorial was write that there's need only download the 4.2 version and the plugin is included but not for me , can i know why? Thanks
