[Forum] How can I fix this?

I was adding some categories and then that grey bar showed up. I know there has to be a setting to increase the number of categories before it starts a new border but I couldn't find it for the life of me. Or better yet I'd like to get rid of it. Can anyone please tell me where the setting is that controls this?

You added a top level forum, it is not a subforum. Change its parent and it should resolve it.
