[Forum] Swearing Censorship Plugin to Report Incidents

I have done some searching but have failed to find a plugin to do what I'm after; does anyone know if there is a plugin that does all of the following:

    a) Censor/Mask/Remove a swear word
    b) Automatically reports the offending post to moderators
    c) Allow you to add swear words to the list

Thank you for your time and help,

    Ashley Cawley.

You would need to ask about this over on www.vbulletin.org, the code modifications site.
Custom code and plugins cannot be supported here.

Ah right, I didn't realise there was a whole separate community just to cover advice on plugins? It appears I'm already registered at the address you provided so perhaps I've used it before.

So what's the theory for the separation then? Is this forum to be used for informal support for text-book/standard system only problems?

vbulletin.com is the official support forum, this is for support with the default, unmodified product. Support is provided by paid staff, and also unofficially by fellow users.
vbulletin.org is the modification community which is run and supported by volunteers, although it falls under the control of vBulletin Solutions.
