[Forum] Forum installed only how to add CMS and Blog

I already installed forum on domain/forums and then decided to move all the files in the root and to install CMS and blog. I uploaded the CMS version of vbulletin overwrite everything and setup settings and config file correctly.

How do i access the CMS? Do i need to run the install script again?

How do i install blog?

Do you have the Publishing Suite or Forum only?

I had Forum only. Then i got Publishing Suit, moved the Forum only files to root and overwritten them with Publishing Suit files. Changed the URL Settings and config file since i moved it to the root.

I don't see any CMS option or Blog option so wondering what i need to do to make it work?

Run the upgrade script. IT will import the new products.
