    [Forum] Cannot use custom themes

Well one of my forums running VB4 is having a problem after upgrading. The theme quick selector aint working, the drop down items list is empty, displays nothing at all. Why is this happening? Is it incompatible with some kind of addons from vbulletin.org?

What does AdminCP -> Settings -> Options -> Allow Users To Change Styles say?
No private support, only PM me when I ask for it. Support in the forums only.

It is set to yes. In fact I never really changed this setting anyway, wonder why I cannot change styles after upgrading.

Does it work on the totally default vbulletin style (select it from the admincp)?

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Nope, it does not even work with VB's default theme, the style quick selector just shows nothing in its items list.

Can we get an image of your Style Manager to see what should be showing?

Oh sure thing, here is what shows up. Instead of displaying a list of styles, it simply shows nothing but this 'quick chooser'. Nothing happens if you click it.
