You cannot run the optimize command on innodb tables, nor should you.
Optimize does not actually help the database run faster. PLease do not run repairs or optimizes on your database unless your forum has crashed, or you have physically removed large chunks of data from the database.Comment

What can I do to fix this problem?

There is no problem with your database.
The way we display overhead data is not correct on innodb tables. It shows the total usage for the entire server innodb usage. You can ignore it.Comment

I have this too... InnoDB doing it in a automated mode so no need to run the check and the repair manually, it's correct? The only difference with Myisam is this one? For vbulletin code not there's difference if it run on a inno or on a MyISAM?
