I'm an admin on the site but I do not own this site. Needless to say the owner updated the site and we have some issues. I ran Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions and the report gave me this information:
index.php File version mismatch: found 4.1.7 Patch Level 2, expected 4.2.0 Patch Level 2
vbulletin-forumhome.js File not recognized as part of vBulletin
vbulletin-read-marker.js File not recognized as part of vBulletinvbulletin-threadbit.js
vbulletin_global.js File not recognized as part of vBulletin
jquery-1.3.min.js File not recognized as part of vBulletin
jquery-1.4.4.min.js File not recognized as part of vBulletin
jquery-1.6.1.js File not recognized as part of vBulletin
jquery-1.6.1.min.js File not recognized as part of vBulletin
vbcms_dailycleanup.php File not recognized as part of vBulletin

Should this just requite a simple re-install of vB 4.20? Many thanks for your assistance!
