    1. How to uninstall it totally from server?
    2. Is there a way to uninstall it before uploading files to server?

Panjo shouldn't be uninstalled - if you don't need it, it should be disabled.

To fix the issue, reupload all the files and run the upgrade script, this will put Panjo back, and then just disable it in the product screen.

I don't believe the readme file was updated, Panjo's a relatively recent inclusion.

You can disable panjo and remove its files. But its not hurting anything being there and being disabled.
