i am unable to access my forum .. and i have received this email

You will either need to increase your max_user_connections value or ask your host to do it.

In your host's control panel.(Provided they let you use it)

On your server in your php.ini file. There is an option called 'max_user_connections' which you can increase.

You are restricted to a certain number of connections.
Ask your host what to do.
They might change it for you but they might ask you to choose another plan with them.(More expensive)

If you have got a server, you will find it in the /php folder. Otherwise ask your hoster to change this for you.

my site is not working .. spammers have created around 600k threads .. i want to remove those all ..

when i go to prune threads and select to remove thread it doesn't work

is there any other way to remove all threads under 1 section

When you delete the spam account you will be asked if you also want to delete the posts from that user account. Maybe that might help.
