[Forum] No save button on edit main css

I am getting this error:Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/admincp/css.php on line 451

I don't think that is causing this, based on forum search, but basically I'm trying to edit the logo justification in the main css but there is no way to save what I am doing - no "save" button at the bottom of the page. Thoughts?
