Editing what’s going on area

I would also like to know how to edit this area. Currently there is no Icon Legend showing running vB 4.2.0 Patch Level 2 with Sandstone Skin

You would use a custom style for this, www.vbulletin.org is the right place to ask for it.

In the meantime I found out where you can edit this area. Go to styles, choose your style and select edit templates. Search for FORUMHOME, there you can edit it.

Yeah It would be really nice if this information could be put in a forum block or a widget, I don't want a whole new skin just to be able to use some of this data in a better area, Only been asking for it for about three years. Especially the events.

Yes, like Events for the next x # of days in a side bar were is better seen.

That is possible without problems, all you have to do is to create a widget (PHP type) and fetch the informations for this right away.
