[Forum] How to enable Capital letter in Thread

Every words on Capital Ltter on my thread body is changeing to small letter.
I have Prevent 'SHOUTING' and make it to be 0. And all post in words that are in capital letters are still chnaging to small letters.

Please how do i enable Capital letters in Thread body or content?

If you have Disable Shouting set to 0, then something else is causing the issue. (You are testing this on newly created content, right? It is not going to change back any titles/posts that were changed when that was not set to 0.)

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
