[Forum] Strange activity on Who's Online page

I just had a recent spike on the Who's Activity page. I'm assuming it's spam bots of some sort, but figured I'd post here just to double check. It looks like almost all of them were looking at my profile for some reason, no idea why. There was also a number of bots that were apparently viewing some page labelled as "<" but clicking on it also took me to my profile. Anything I should be concerned about?

I am pretty sure this are spambots only. Spambots follow a system, just like looking for user id 1 or thread id 1 in order to have better chances to get into content.
