[Forum] Upgraded to 4.2, having issue with moderate.php

I'm having issues on my recent upgrade to VB4.2

I'm getting this error when I try and moderate some threads.

You don't have permission to access /forum/modcp/moderate.php on this server.
    Suggestions on how to fix?

I would start with suggest #2 from zascok first, personally I don't see how rebuilding anything would help this issue- but I can see this happening if you lost rights to the file somehow.

I would also consider deleting moderate.php and uploading a fresh copy via FTP.

I re-uploaded the moderate.php file... Still getting this error. What is the permission of this file supposed to be? Do not want to set to 777 if I don't have to...

I just verified, here's what I have checked

            1. moderate.php 644
            2. moderate.php to 777, same error as above

What should the permission of the modcp folder be? 755 currently

Clock on moderate thread in the AdminCP main home screen...

            What other options?
