[Forum] Spam kill vbulleting

Hello i sued in my VPS diferent social script (phpfox) but afther install vbulletin the spam on vbulletin kill my server , today my server was super slow and was for all spam user putting email, u must to disable the forum and then delete all user, WHY THis?

now i must to put email confirmation but in any of my scritp i use this

yes thanks, now spam are under control i want to be update the spam in my server was hight but not was the reason of my server went down, so the reason was an error on hosting provider,
