Report Post feature taking forever

Any idea why this might be happening? We I, my mods, or the members use the report post feature, it can take a few minutes before it finishes.

Do you have a lot of moderators/super moderators / administrators?

Go into AdminCP > Maintenance > Diagnostics >

Run the email test, how quickly does it complete?

It seems to complete fairly quickly, but I have been having what I thought was a separate issue where emails (like PM notifications and thread updates) have been unreliable. Does the report feature really wait for email to complete.

Speaking of email notifications for thread updates, am I able to get those on this support forum? I'm not seeing the option.
