[Forum] Can't change navigation links into non-english letters

I run forum on Serbian language and we use Cyrillic. When I try to change navigation links into Cyrillic I get "Error: The navigation element title is invalid." if I use more than 7 characters.
Is it possible to fix it?

Are you editing it in Navigator Manager or in Phrases? Best to try editing phrases instead of doing it in the Navigator Manager, and see if that helps.

Thank you. My mistake was to edit in Navigator Manager.
In Phrases works.
