[Blog] Hit with over 1000 spam blog entries.. clean up?

How do I clean up over 1000 spam entries in multiple blogs?

There do not appear to be any automated tools to do this with.

Edit; I've already deleted the offending accounts and placed a domain ban on them, too. Further I've restricted newbie ability to post blogs.. but I really need an action plan that does not entail manually pressing delete on all of them..

Do you use the blog feature? You can uninstall it.
