You're only moving the forum, why did you run upgrade script? You don't need to run update script unless you are doing upgrade.
It looks like your forum URL is not right as the other links don't point to the right places.. Log into AdminCP and make sure of that

AdminCP >> Settings >> Options >> Site Name / URL / Contact Details (don't end the line with a trailing /)

    Then rebuild styles

AdminCP > Maintenance >> General Update Tools >> Rebuild Styles
To be or not to be... Where the hell is the question????
My psychiatrist told me I was crazy and I said I want a second opinion. He said okay, you're ugly too

Try it this way, I am not saying your setting are wrong, just might be

        forum URL: yourdomain.com/forum
        Forum Component URL: leave blank

Again, what you have might be correct, I just want you to try the changes

            first create a new style
AdminCP >> Styles & Templates >> Style Manager >> Add New Style (link below the boxes)
            and make it default
as I can't change styles on your site

            Report back please

I am not sure what version you're running since you removed the copyright, the options maybe labeled different.

AdminCP > Maintenance >> General Update Tool, and update forum info, threads/post and user info for now then do the rest later

That's fine, I just said that because the options might be labeled different in your version... but you got the general idea

I think you did not upload all files to server. Try again. Also try "Enable Plugin/Hook system" - NO
