You cannot rebrand the vBulletin software as your own.
You can buy a branding free license.
With a branding free license no publicly visible notices that your software is vBulletin will be shown.

Do you mean the name of the forum?

For example, say, the forum was named Blank Forum. You're saying you want to change it to, say, Full Forum, correct?

Just update the url in the AdminCP, and have your webhost change the domain your site is on now. Also update the forum url in the members area.
