    [Forum] Call to a member function get_grouped() on a non-object in results.php

    I have a upgraded from 3.8.2 to 4.2.2 yesterday and since then I experience a problem in several scenarios that cause this message:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function get_grouped() on a non-object in /home/****/public_html/vb/search/results.php on line 520

    For example: searching for all message written by a user, showing all comments in the last 24 hours and more.

    Please advise.

    Do you have any modifications installed?

    If so, add the following to config.php under <?php:

    PHP Code:
    define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);

      I disabled mods during the upgrade and didn't enable it yet.

                Check your searchlog database table
                What structure does the field criteria have?

                  MEDIUMTEXT.

                  I also tried to modify it to LONGTEXT but that didn't help either.

                    I examined the database and saw that the table searchcore_text is 680MB.

                    Could this be the reason for the problem?

                        What version did you really upgrade to since there is no version 4.2.2.

                        If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

                            Did you remember to Rebuild the Search Index after doing the upgrade?

                              I did run the procedure from the admincp once the upgrade procedure has finished. Maybe I should try to run it again from the command line?
