[Forum] Vbulletin 4.2.0 Xampp install error

Hello,
I am trying to install vb 4.2.0 on xampp for test purpose and to improve some new plugins in local computer.
But getting some error.

I assume you're using PHP 5.4.x, which vBulletin isn't certified for, hence, the errors. You can disable error-reporting in php.ini.

Or download Xampp 1.7.7 instead- that is a supported environment.
