[Forum] install vbulletin 4.2.0

hello

i am just installed vbulletin 3.8.4 working well.after 2min upgraded 4.2.0 i get error message.these message i get it .

Due to the following errors, the install/upgrade can not continue:
We were unable to read the 'includes/config.php' file, please check the permissions.

please help me!!!!

Set the CHMOD permissions to 755

Hey guys, i bougth the new vbulletin software 5.1.4 on monday and now i am trying to install it on an empty testserver.
I succesfully created a new database containing the dump of the old vbulletin...
