    [Forum] Can't upload images

Since 4.2.0 patch level 2 update my site has been unable to upload images in the forum posts/reply.

Uploading images halts 75% through the upload and then when I move my mouse on the allert icon i can see "500 [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2038"]" The same happens at my site as you can see in following video uploaded by another user (RedFoxy):

Our site depends on the ability to post images.

Please, any advise will be VERY MUCH appreciated!!!!
