[Forum] I cannot connect to the database on forum.php

I am running vBulletin 4.2.0 and I get this error only on forum.php "I cannot connect to the database."

Cms and blog shows fine and entering admin cp is ok?

Accessing user profile gives same error

Does that happen every time the page is visited, or just occasionally?

Can you take a screenshot of the error? Any database errors on the front-end are signified by an image like this:

"I cannot connect to the database." is not a vBulletin error. Disable your third-party addons until the error goes away.
