    How to fix this?

    ahh nevermind, it appears my ISP was blocking that image since they ban Skype here in Dubai...the moment I used my VPN connection the image appeared...

          Yes like I said, I noticed it shows for me too after I connected to my VPN server which bypasses my stupid ISPs blockage of Skype
