[Forum] import sql file into vbulletin

i used to run a website on vbulletien, before shutting it down. i did manage to take a backup of the database from phpmyadmin in .sql format

Now i want to re-run a website and want to use the same database.

pls advice step by step how to import it into my new vbulletein.
