[Forum] Divide database in portions

Is it possible?

I have a 3,5 GB Database, i want to divide in portions of 1,3 GB .

If it is´t possible , how can i reduce it?, is too big

Where do you have your attachments stored in?
If in database, you could move them to filesystem which will reduce the database size greatly.
