Hey!

1. I´m trying to change the reputation images. Where to do that? I use the green "dots". I want to add one green dot after eatch rank. How to do that?

2. I want the Admin reputation image to be the maximum of green "dots". How to fix this?

Changing how the dots work or how to show all dots both require custom programming. There are no features to change this outside the code.

That requires custom coding as well. Otherwise they need to earn them. You can try giving them a higher reputation value on their user record in the database but if you rebuild the counters, this will be lost.
