[Forum] username in postbit not showing

The username shows to logged in users, however guests do not see the name.

A "view source" shows an empty div.

Make sure that you are looking at the postbit_legacy template, not the postbit template.

My apologies for calling it postbit and not postbit_legacy. To be clear, I am using postbit legacy and the code above does reflect the postbit legacy template (which is default, non edited).

Okay, I was just making sure that you were looking at the right template.

Things to check:

Make a new style with no parent style and see if the error persists using that style.

Put this in your config.php to disable any plugins and see if the error persists with plugins disabled:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

The template set was stock, no edits. I did find the problem though, I had done some hand editing of the class_postbit yesterday.
