In AdminCP > Settings > Options > Content Management, what is your 'Site Tab URL' set to? Plus where does your 'Articles' tab point to in the Navigation Manager?

on site tab url i have "content.php"

and on the navigation manager i have:

content.php{session.sessionurl_q}

but i have the same problem (p.s. Vbseo is disabled)

the link should be:
content.php?page=X
in order to make it work, instead i have:
?page=X (miss content.php)

The links should not be pointing to the vBSEO rewritten URLs. Point them to the correct files and vBSEO will then rewrite them

Please what am i supposed to do now, even when i disable Vbseo and use the default Vbulletin content.php cms pagination links still not working

I have remove url rewrite and the problem still remain the same, i have also follow the steps listed here and the problems remain the same.

If they say so, to check if that's correct try to disable all plugins including vbseo, As I see in your forum, page links are converted to your seo links. vBulletin pagination links look like this:

https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/content.php?page=2

yours looks different:

http://www.naijafinder.com/?page=2

Just in case your vbseo settings may not set correctly:

http://www.naijafinder.com/content.php?page=2

http://www.naijafinder.com/content/page=2

You are using vbseo, the problem may related to it. Ask for help and support from vbseo team/forum.
