    Uploading attachments stopped working

Uploading attachments and to the album have suddenly stopped working.
I tried the default theme but that doesn't work
Tried disabling all mods which doesn't work either.
I did the diagnosis upload which didn't give any errors.
Also downloaded a fresh copy from the members area and replaced all files which also didn't work.
    What could be wrong?

If you go to the Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Upload and upload something, what message do you get?

You're not giving any information that would help us solve your problem. However unless you modified the vBulletin files, reuploading a new copy will not magically fix the error. Most likely cause for something to "stop working suddenly" is a server configuration change made by your hosting provider.

Also blank page when uploading avatar.
Did the blank page troubleshooting but nothing worked.
          1. vBulletin Version 4.2.2 Patch level 1
          2. PHP Version 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.13
          3. MySQL Version 5.1.73-0ubuntu0.10.04.1-log
          4. Any Addons installed Yes (disabling those didn't help)
          5. Does the issue occur in a default style? Yes
          6. Error message on the screen' None/Blank page
          7. Browser and Browser version used. IE11, Chrome, Firefox
          8. A list of steps that can be used to recreate the issue

When you get a blank/white page check your PHP Error Log for an error occurring right at the time you got the white page. If you are not sure where your PHP Error log is ask your host.

Note- The PHP Error Log is different from your HTTP/Web/Server error log or MySQL Error Log.

The admin let someone take a look and it was something in the admin settings, he didn't know what the guy changed though.
