[Forum] Unable to Prune Banned Users

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help. I want to prune the list of users my mods have banned for spamming. I have 103 users in the "Banned" usergroup. When I run the "prune" function, the list of userst I comes up but I can't select them to delete them. This is what I see:



As you can see there's an exclamation point where I should be able to check the user. When I hover over that exclamation point, the message I get is:



I've double checked my config.php and this is not a locked group. It's not an admin group, a mod group, and it's certainly not me.

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm running v4.2.0 for what it's worth.

No clue why you have the problem but if a user is banned and you delete/prune them from that list you are opening the door for them to return again as the name/email/ip will be off your ban list.

What usergroup are they in?
