[Forum] "You Last Visited" has disappeared

We just upgraded to v. 4.1.12, and the "You Last Visited / You Have ## Unread Posts" item in the navbar has disappeared. We do have some header customizations. Where do we find that item to bring it back?

That is not in vBulletin 4 by default. It is a modification, probably this modification: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=231060
