[Blog] Upgrade to vB 4.2 hangs on Processing Blog

Good day,

the upgrade hangs on step 17 of 18 while processing the blog. This unfortunately is the case since I tried to upgrade from 4.10 to 4.11 and every successive Upgrade till now. At the beginning there were some errors which I could correct by manually editing the database. If I knew where I could check what step 17 is supposed to do I could go on fixing it myself.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Btw. I tried this one "upgrade.php?version=420" already - won't work.

just disable the blog plugin and run the update.php again

Step 17 appears to be the post install step, where it re-adds the product, updates templates, languages, etc. It's not really a step that you can just manually run a query and move on, I don't think. See the post_install() function in includes/class_upgrade_product.php.
