[Answered] Getting error after upgrading to 4.2.0

Getting following error for profile viewing of any member, after upgrading our forum to 4.2.0

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class vB_ProfileBlock_ActivityStream in /home/offwalk/public_html/packages/dmactivitystream/profileblock.php on line 65

Please help with the solution.
