[Forum] Photos in a Group only viewable if members join group

I have a group I created on by VB 4.2.2 site and I have Albums enabled. The group is public, meaning any member of my forum can join this group. Also I do NOT have the box "Users must join to view the content" checked. Members who have not joined can, in fact, view the message content in this group, but when they try to view the album associated with this group, they are told they must join the group to view the pictures? Is there something I'm missing? I'd like to allow and forum member to view these pictures without needing to join this group first.

Any suggestions?
