    [Forum] Upgrading VBulletin

    We currently have vBulletin® Version 4.1.11

    What are the advantages / benefits /changes of upgrading to the lasted version on VBullletin
    Also is there a cost to this?
    Please let me know

    We just upgraded to our current version a couple of months ago

      Indeed, the main reason is the security. Not to mention the bug fixings as well.

        Wowe, how often do we need to upgrade...i wonder why they didnt tell us to hang on for the upgrade when they sold us the 1.1 version

            I don't know what you mean by this, you can just upload the 4.1.12 files and run the upgrade scripts.
