[CMS] Admin doesn´t have access to CMS

Hi, in our forum we have created an other admin, which means that we got two admins that control the forum. But admin nr 2 doesn´t have access the CMS, he can not publish new articles? Where can we change that?

    thank you very much!

Admin #2 is in the same usergroup as Admin #1 and they can't see the create Article form on the front page of the site?

thanks your answer, yes that is exactly the problem. I added an additional admin in the files, but he can´t publish in the CMS. What could be wrong?

You added him "in the files"? Have you edited his user account in the Admin CP to add him to the Administrator usergroup?
