[Forum] Can't get iPhone app past re-sign stage and support isnt answering

Started a ticket over a day ago and still no answer, so maybe one of you can send me in the right direction. I went step by step in the directions, but when I came to Vbulletins re-sign app I get the following error:
iPhone Distribution: Kristina (W3DE59BRXF): ambiguous (matches "iPhone Distribution: Kristina(W3DE59BRXF)" and "iPhone Distribution: Kristina(W3DE59BRXF)" in /Users/ryan/Library/Keychains/login.keychain)

/var/folders/s2/c6twcqys3g7gpyl5jfm7sn3h0000gn/T/com.vbulletin.vbresign/Payload/20a72861578.app: a sealed resource is missing or invalid
    In architecture: armv7

Are you sure you have the latest version of xtools installed?

I don't see anything in the instructions about xtools? Just says to use the Vbulletin re-sign tool. Do I have to download xtools?

It is actually XCODE. You will need XCODE purchased from the Mac App Store to sign any App for submittal.

This is so frustrating! I have a Mac. Installed Xcode. Do I have to USE the Xcode app? The official Vbulletin instructions doesnt give ANY detailed instructions. I tried the re-sign program with Xcode installed and its still giving me an error.

Can you PLEASE give me a step by step???

                No one knows, do they?

I dont understand why this isn't spelled out in the instructions.

                  So...

The directions say NOTHING about Xcode or what to do with it

AND the support staff doesnt know the step by step either.

                  Awesome.

Can I get a refund for the mobile suite at least?

XCOde has to be installed. The app we give uses it to sign the Application. The problem appears to be with your keychain and duplicate certificates from Apple. You can only have one certificate per app.
