It only notes the templates from the style Lightweight - which is different from the original one and, as far as i am concermed, doesn't affect the main style.

And you're seeing this without clicking in the Quick Reply?

Not totally sure, but I think most of the times it happens when using quick reply.

You need to determine when it is happening. From there we can determine if it is an actual issue. Though I am pretty sure there are instructions on how to disable it completely on vBulletin.org.
