[CMS] Style field in image properties missing

I've updated my Publisher Suite to the latest version 4.1.12. I had some minor problems but I've resolved them all. However, I encountered another bug lately that's pretty weird. The style field when you double click an image in the CMS editor is missing for everybody BUt the Administrator.

Image attached with the field on:

Name:	ss.jpg
Views:	1
Size:	44.3 KB
ID:	3723204

For my Editor group (they have all the rights within the CMS ..publishing, editing, editing others etc), that field is missing:

Name:	style.jpg
Views:	1
Size:	39.0 KB
ID:	3723205

Is there something I miss with the recent update? I mean..the Editors can delete any image or CMS content for that matter but they can't edit its style?

Is their usergroup allowed to post links?

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

I am not having that problem on my default 4.1.12 test board. I did notice though, that in the second image, the user did not select URL. The Link URL and Target settings will stay grayed out until you select Link Type = URL.

The style field is a usergroup option as well. Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager. Edit the appropriate usergroup. Scroll down to Attachment Permissions and set "Can Define Arbitrary Styles for Inline Attached Images" as needed.
